I WORKOUT AT NIGHT, CAN I USE FLOW?
FLOW contains absolutely no stimulants so there’s nothing that’s going to keep you up. FLOW can be taken at any time and there won’t be any interruptions to your sleep cycle.
WILL FLOW MAKE ME ITCHY LIKE OTHER PRE-WORKOUTS?
FLOW does not contain Beta-Alanine, the compound responsible for itching so it will not cause any itching at all.
MY PRE-WORKOUT IS FORMING CLUMPS, HAS IT GONE BAD?
No, the clumps do not reflect the quality of the pre workout by any means whatsoever. Every single preworkout in the market is horribly underdosed. On the contrary, FLOW is quite heavily dosed with the right hygroscopic compounds to positively affect your hydration status. Paired with the fact that we only use a natural preservative, these compounds are supposed to attract water over time. Please keep the supplement in appropriate humidity and temperature and consume it within 30-45 days of opening it.
OTHER PRE-WORKOUTS HAVE CITRULLINE MALATE IN BIG QUANTITIES, BY COMPARISON FLOW ONLY HAS 5 GRAMS OF CITRULLINE, WHY IS THAT?
Actually, FLOW has the highest effective dose of citrulline per double scoop, amounting to 10 grams of pure L citrulline. The key difference here is Citrulline & Citrulline Malate. When talking about the latter, the molecule is in a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio of citrulline to malate, which actually means you only get a certain percent of the actual listed dose. The reason we decided to list citrulline and malic acid separately is because real citrulline malate is supposed to be bonded chemically. However, mostly everyone simply mixes the two together which does not accurately represent the true nature of the compound.
WHY DOES MY STOMACH GET UPSET WHEN I TAKE FLOW?
Due to the hefty formulation of react paired with artificial sweeteners and flavours, this might be a very real possibility for a select few people(one of the founders included), if this is the case for anyone, please feel free to opt for the unflavoured version of FLOW(under development), we won’t promise it’s going to taste great but that should get rid of any stomach issues while providing ergogenic effects.
